Chocolate Waffle/Pancake

Recipe adapted from Cupcake Muffin at Chocolate Waffles

I know the title of the post seems confusing.Its because this recipe was supposed to make waffles and it would have, if had a waffle maker.But I don't have a waffle maker.So, I had make them like pancake.I know they look pathetic for pancakes.But they taste heavenly.After all you mustn't judge a book by its cover.Waffles happen to be one of my favourite dishes.

Recipe

Egg yolks        -2
Milk                - 1and1/2 cups

Self Rising flour-1and1/4cups
Cocoa powder -1/4 cup(unsweetened)
Butter              - 4 T
Egg White       - 2
Brown Sugar   - 2 T
Preheat your wafflemaker(if you have one,or you can just use a frying pan like I did).Whisk tohether the yolks and the milk.Add the flour and the cocoa powder.Whisk in the butter until smooth.In another bowl beat the whites until foamy .add to it the sugar and beat until soft peaks form.Gently fold into the cocoa batter.Cook the waffles in the waffle maker.Srve with chocolate chips and butter.If your using your frying pan add some butter to the pan before pouring the batter and make it into a thin pancake so that its crispy.
