Chewy Chocolate Fudge

There is nothing in the world like chewy foods. The best part about these being that you can sustain them in your mouth for a longer period of time. All other kinds of foods get over after a few minutes. But chewy foods can be enjoyed a bit longer. This Chocolate fudge is chocolaty and chewy. You can make it crunchy as well if
you add granulated sugar.Adding walnuts is optional.Be sure you stir the mixture well otherwise it sticks to the bottom of the pan.Trust me ,NOT GOOD.While I was making the dish instead of stirring it I was reading the recipe. So it stuck to the bottom of the pan.I somehow managed to get it unstuck. If it does get stuck remove from heat now and then, so that the part that got stuck does not burn.Don't cook for too long as it can get too sticky.

Condensed Milk-1 Tin
Powdered Sugar-1/4 cup
Cocoa Powder-3/4 cup
Walnuts (Optional)
Butter              -100g

Mix all the ingredients except the walnuts in a hard bottomed pan.Heat the mixture in low flame. You must keep on stirring the mixture otherwise it will stick to the bottom of the pan. When the whole mixture begins moving together, that is when it attains a soft ball texture remove from flame.Add the walnuts.Pout the mixture into a buttered dish and refrigerate.
